Jesus came to set things right: to find the poor and the lost and open their eyes to see the grace of God. Those religious leaders who misuse the house, laws, and ceremonies of God for their own gain will remain blinded to the grace of God in Jesus even though they are surrounded by the evidence that points to Christ. Though they see, yet they are blind. Today, we in the church must be careful to never depart from the Word of God. We must ask God to open our eyes and help us to see. Are you caught up in the traditions of the church or do you see clearly the power of God in the Gospel?
