Only the Christian knows the Holy Spirit because He dwells in us. The World does not know the Holy Spirit and cannot receive Him. This is why we can get so frustrated with folks. They have the same information as we do and yet they do not see the same thing we do. They are blinded to their need and the salvation that comes in Christ. This is why we need to pray for our lost friends, family, and neighbors. They might be blind, but the Holy Spirit can open their eyes and bring new birth.
