Look back over this whole section of Scripture. See how Jesus is teaching us about Himself. He is the Good Shepherd! See the intimate and personal nature of our relationship with Christ. We are united to Him by the power of the Holy Spirit. He knows us fully and we know our God because of Him. We hear His voice and He knows ours.
Here are some questions to consider:
Do I comprehend that Jesus is a Good Shepherd to me?
Which side do I stand on, those who have found peace in Him or strife in Him?
Do I grasp the closeness of Jesus to His people?
