Jesus did not just come into existence at Christmas. He was not created at the beginning of the World. Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He is without beginning or end. Jesus left the glory of heaven to come and be born in a manger, born in a low estate, born a true man. He humbled Himself for you and for me. Now, as He goes to the cross, He prepares to go back to Heaven and the Glory that is there. He also goes to the cross because it will bring more glory to the Father and show His love and mercy to sinners like us.
